As a teacher, she is passionate and finds creative ideas to enhance the learning experience for her students. A center should have a family feel. A place of love, caring, patience, and nurturing for all families. Learning is a process and it takes patience and understanding for various learners to learn.&nbsp;</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Barbara has nearly 15 years experience in teaching prekindergarten up to 4th grade special education. She loves to work with children but is excited to work with not only the children, but the families and staff at KinderCare. Barbara was a site supervisor at her previous school. In her free time, she enjoys boating and going to the beach with her family.&nbsp;</p>

  • Ms. La'Dia Nixon

    "Ms. Di" as the children, staff, and families like to call her, has been a part of the KinderCare family since 2008. She is a proud parent of her son who is 7 years old. Ms. Di has worked in the childcare industry for over 15 years.Ms. Di is currently the cook at our center. She prepares fresh meals daily to provide the children with a nutritious diet. The children absolutely love Ms. Di's cooking! Ms. Di also drives the afternoon bus that picks up the school age children that attend Propect Park Kindergarten, Prospect Park Elementary, and Glenolden Elementary, all within the Interboro School District. In the afternoons, she assists in the school age classrooms with the after school program.

    Mrs. Eileen has worked at KinderCare since 1994 and has held many positions. She brings lots of love and care to each room, helping the children mature from year to year. Mrs. Eileen is a mother of four children and a grandmother to nine. She has been married for 43 years and has been a member of the Folcroft community for 42 years.

    <p><!--block-->Aliya absolutely adores children. Aliya is currently attending Community College of Philadelphia for early childhood education with hopes of becoming an elementary school teacher. In her spare time, she enjoys arts and crafts, and spending time outdoors with her family.&nbsp;</p>
